Spillage Hints
1. If liquid, blot as much as possible with a clean dry cloth.
2. If spillage/stain is of dry residue,loosen with blunt knife or spatula. Scrape or vacuum as much of the residue as possible.
3. Dampen clean cloth and blot area gently, working from the outer edge to the centre spot. Turn the cloth frequently so you are always using a clean area. (Use a proper cleaning agent if required)
4. Be careful not to over wet the carpet. Repeat this process until the spot is removed or you no longer have transfer to your cloth.
5. Blot any excess moisture with a clean dry cloth.
6. Keep clear of foot traffic until the area is dry.
